- When reserving a date, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days after booking service. The balance is
 due the day of service. Personal checks not accepted on day of service.
- Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded if you cancel 14 days prior to your trip.
- East Coast Charters reserves the right to cancel any trip due to poor weather conditions. You will be given the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
