
Capt. Jack has been fishing, diving, and navigating the waters of the U.S. Eastern Seaboard for nearly 20 years. Traveling the world in search of trophy game-fish, He has landed species from the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, The Caribbean Sea, The Gulf of Mexico as well as numerous lakes and streams in both the U.S. and Europe. Nicknamed the Jesse James of Angling, He's known for his edgy style and unique approach to the sport.

An active writer and photographer Jack has been both featured and published in numerous outdoor publications including: "Saltwater Sportsman," "On the Water," "The Fisherman," "Noreast," "Field and Stream," "Jig and Pop the World" and even in non-angling publications like "Rhode Island Monthly" and "Pool and Billiard" Magazines for his extreme angling style. He also literally helped write the book on freshwater fishing in Rhode Island for "The Freshwater Guides of New England" series. The Captain has also made appearances on Don Coyne's Fishing The Ocean State Television Show, Spike TV's coverage of The Monster Shark Tournament and Boston Sports Radio 1510 "The Zone."

He is experienced in all major aspects of fishing, ranging from deep sea trolling and Vertical Jigging to light tackle flats and fly fishing. Jack is an avid student of fisheries Science. He has landed Striped Bass to 52lbs from kayak and Bluefin Tuna to 300lbs on light tackle spinning gear. He's known locally for his Offshore knowledge and affinity for Japanese style Jigging and Popping.
Capt. Jack is proficient with kayak handling, diving and marine rescue. Additionally, he has been working in the retail/outfitting aspect of the industry since the age of 15 and still currently maintains a Sales/pro-staff position at Quaker Lane Outfitters, which allows him to maintain network contacts and to stay on top of the most current trends.

Licensed Emergency Medical Technician Cardiac (EMT-C)
Certified American Heart Association in CPR at the health care provider level

Capt. Lou Lives to fish! This Ace Angler has won the Snug Harbor Shark Tournament an astonishing 4 Years in a row. A shark fishing expert, the captain is known for landing impressive plus sized Thresher Sharks tipping the scales as heavy as 471lbs in 2008.
Louis received an accelerated offshore fishing education having lived in Dominical Costa Rica for 2 years, fishing 6 days a week for sails and live baiting for Black Marlin on Furuno Bank.
The Captain also Ran aboard the 80ft Merrit Sportfish "ET" for for one Year. During that time, he fished from Bermuda to Florida, The Caribbean Sea, The Gulf of Mexico and Offshore here in New England out of Hyannis.
During his experiences Capt Lou has fished for: Giant Bluefin Tuna, Bigeye Tuna, Yellowfin, Albacore, Wahoo, Marlin, numorous tropical games species and has even mastered deep drop style Sword Fishing while fishing off Key Largo.
Lou brings more than just his limitless offshore experience to the East Coast Charters Team, he also brings the newest addition to the "East Coast Fleet" a 38ft Donzi Center Console with a crusing speed of 50kts. We look forward to teaming up with this exciting captain to offer you some of the most intense sport fishing on the planet!
